How It Works
First — Tell Us What You Have in Mind
Get in touch with your ideas, quantity, scent and any branding requirements. Don't have everything figured out yet? That's okay — we're happy to help you bring the idea together.

Second — Let's Create It
We'll work with you to finalise the details, including your candle, fragrance, branding and quantities.

Third — We Handcraft Your Order
Your candles are then carefully hand-poured and prepared in our Raglan studio. Custom and made-to-order candles generally require 4–6 weeks, depending on the size, complexity of the order and high season.
